Russell is Head Chef, guiding Touchays’ creative, dedicated, loyal, professional and talented team of chefs to create and serve, fresh, honest, home-grown, home-made innovative, original, tasty, tempting modern food for your wedding, special occasion or corporate event. We cater for all dietary requirements (Gluten Free, Vegan, Dairy Free and Allergens) and we hold a five-star Food Hygiene Rating.
Clare is the creative food director who trains and develops the friendly and approachable front of house team. With her artistic and stylish mind, she adds those extra, magic, culinary flourishes to create beautiful, modern, stylishly presented dishes with an extra scrumptious dimension. She is constantly reinventing how dishes are presented, so ensuring your food is totally Instagrammable!
