With easy access and less than an hour from London, nestled within 300 acres of beautiful grounds, the Estate it is the perfect quintessentially English setting, Just 10 minutes by car from Royal Tunbridge Wells, in Kent. The Specifics of Chafford Park Estate

The Georgian Manor House offers gorgeous luxury accommodation and sleeps 8 within 4 bedrooms. Also, it has numerous rooms for you and your guests to relax and enjoy, with the ability to include private dining. There are extensive grounds and gardens, surrounded by picturesque Kent countryside. Set within these stunning grounds are beautiful rustic style barns;

The Hop Barn is licenced for your ceremony for up to 150 guests.
The Granary Barn can seat up to 150 maximum guests for your wedding reception plus 30 additional party guests for the evening (180 maximum).

Both barns give you the ability to personalise the spaces. Adjacent to the barns is a field, called the Picking Field, (as this is where the hops were picked), where your guests can stay overnight in luxury styled bell tents, mid-April to end October.

Chafford Park can also offer the Hop Barn for your intimate wedding ceremony followed by drinks and canapes in the Manor House. Whilst you are enjoying the company of family and friends, the Hop Barn will be redressed for your fabulous wedding breakfast, or you can hire in a tipi – we are so excited! Ask about this amazing luxury wedding package for up to 40 people, that includes overnight accommodation in the Manor!

In addition to the Queen Anne Manor House and barns, if you want to say ‘we do’ amidst the ancient, beautiful bluebell woodland, there is also a beautiful, idyllic and rustic fairy-tale ceremony area. If you prefer a more traditional wedding, adjacent to the Estate is an ancient country church or of course you can get married in the Hop barn. Then for those amazing intimate photos, within the Estate there are ponds and a beautiful shimmering lake.

The second of the barns, the beautifully converted Granary Barn is the perfect space to continue your bohemian wedding celebrations.
